Overview

This is a commercial role responsible for enhancing and deepening relationships with some of PageGroups largest and most strategic customers. Success in this role will be measured by the incremental commercial value and relationship depth created with these accounts. The individual will represent all PageGroup brands, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and driving retention, renewal, and growth of our most critical client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship & Commercial Ownership

- Own and expand senior stakeholder relationships across a portfolio of PageGroups top global and domestic clients.

- Represent all PageGroup brands, providing a unified client experience.

- Drive contract renewals, retention, and relationship expansion, measured by incremental client value.

Value Addition & Advisory

- Deliver strategic insights, proprietary data, and market intelligence to elevate client conversations beyond delivery.

- Act as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, strengthening PageGroups positioning as a partner of choice.

- Create opportunities for cross-selling and value-added engagements across practices and geographies.

Internal Liaising & Project Alignment

- Work closely with PageGroup recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery and consistent client satisfaction.

- Provide internal teams with strategic account context and feedback to support mandate success.

- Navigate complex client structures, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions.

Candidate Profile

- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrable success in driving client value and revenue growth.

- Proven sales background, ideally in selling to HR and senior business stakeholders in large corporations.

- Experience working with large, matrixed organisations, managing ambiguity and multiple senior contacts.

- Mature, polished professional with outstanding communication and influencing skills.

- Self-starter capable of operating as a senior individual contributor, with strong collaboration skills to align with internal teams.

What We Are Looking For

- Professionals with B2B sales experience in areas such as corporate banking, recruitment services, HR technology, or SaaS organisations.

- 10+ years of experience building and managing senior client relationships in complex, large corporate environments.

- A proven track record of commercial success, stakeholder management, and consultative client engagement.
