Key Responsibilities:
- Drive in-store visibility, activation programs, and promotional campaigns tailored to regional needs.
- Identify regional market trends, shopper behaviors, and competitor activities to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to develop tailored promotions and drive market share growth.
- Ensure effective rollout of new launches and key brand campaigns in the region.
- Monitor program effectiveness, measure ROI, and refine strategies based on performance data.
- Work closely with trade partners, distributors, and key retailers to maximize execution.
- Manage budgets and ensure optimal allocation for marketing activities in the East region.
- Align regional initiatives with national marketing strategies while ensuring local relevance.
