About the Opportunity:
We are representing a high-growth, Series B funded SaaS innovator that is redefining customer onboarding and professional services automation. With over $45M in funding from top-tier global VCs, the company is expanding its Chennai hub. We are looking for a dynamic Enablement professional who can transform product complexity into customer success.
What will you do?:
In this role, you will be the primary architect of the customers learning journey. You will ensure that global clients don't just use the product, but master it.
- Strategic Training: Collaborate with Implementation and Success teams to pinpoint training needs for strategic global accounts.
- Content Mastery: Build and manage a library of playbooks, e-learning modules, and 'train-the-trainer' materials.
- Session Facilitation: Deliver high-impact virtual and on-site training sessions that drive product adoption.
- Certification & ROI: Design assessments and certification paths to track and prove training effectiveness.
- AI Integration: Actively use AI tools to automate content creation and optimize the training lifecycle.
- Product-to-Customer Bridge: Work with the Product team to distill complex updates into simple, actionable learning content for non-technical users.
Who should apply?:
- Experience: 5+ years in SaaS Training, Enablement, or Instructional Design.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of LMS platforms and e-learning software.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills. You should be comfortable speaking to stakeholders at all levels.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience with Project Management software or B2B SaaS tools is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use feedback and data to constantly improve enablement programs.
