Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Implementation teams to assess and address customer training needs.
- Develop and maintain training content, playbooks, and curated e-learning modules for strategic customers.
- Conduct engaging virtual and on-site training sessions.
- Design quizzes, assessments, and certifications to measure training effectiveness.
- Continuously refine enablement materials based on customer feedback and product updates.
- Collaborate with Product teams to capture and share best practices across modules.
- Explore opportunities to enhance training efficiency by leveraging tools-especially AI-to reduce training time.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or instructional design.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LMS tools or e-learning platforms.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly learning material.
- Background in SaaS products or project management tools preferred.
