Job Description - Job Title : Customer Account Manager (Format to be handled - All FG Food formats like Nilgiris, Heritage, Easy Day, FCL etc. ) Job objective: Responsible for achieving revenue targets, Designing & developing supply chain as per requirement, meeting SLA's and increasing FSC's share of business from strategic customers. Key Requirements Financial: - P&L owner for customer account as mentioned above. - Achieve Revenue and PBT targets from the customers. - Responsible to continually increase Key Account Revenue share and profitability from the customer. - Continuously look for fresh opportunities to engage with the customer and increase FSC's share of revenue. Supply Chain Management: (Service Management ) - Designing, Planning and implementing supply chain (Warehousing and distribution) for above stated retail formats. - Defining various SLA's and ensuring adherence to same. - Developing and monitoring various MIS reports - Handling and resolving service issues in consultation with customers and Operations team. Customer Relations Management: - Maintain relationships with all concerned stake holders of customers. . - Respond to customer issues/ challenges with resolutions within the prescribed TAT. - Conduct structured reviews with customers. Required Experience : - Should have thorough understanding of supply chain (warehousing, Distribution, Network planning) for both dry and cold. Required Qualification : BE + MBA (Premier institutes)
