Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for key customers (Hyundai, Kia, Suzuki preferred)
- Lead RFQ handling, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations
- Drive new business opportunities and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
- Achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Manage commercial settlements: ECN, tooling, development, obsolescence, RM indexing
- Monitor and ensure timely accounts receivable collections
- Forecast volumes and pricing for budgeting and planning
- Handle sales-related SAP transactions and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products, specifications, and features
- Understanding of automotive sales processes (dealer network, B2B, retail)
- Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer relationship management
- Effective presentation and problem-solving skills
