Role & responsibilities:


- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for the residential luxury space.


- Manage end-to-end leasing processes, including marketing, tenant screening, negotiations, and documentation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and relocation agencies.

- Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to inform pricing and positioning.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective campaigns.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all leasing activities.

- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy, and revenue forecasts.

- Handle escalated tenant issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 4+ years of experience in residential leasing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, leasing documentation, and market dynamics.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
