Key Responsibilities :

- Supported senior team members throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from opportunity sourcing to transaction closure.

- Conducted requirement gathering and developed financial models to support deal evaluation, structuring, and execution.

- Prepared presentations, Information Memorandums (IMs), investment teasers, and pitch decks for deal origination, marketing initiatives, and transaction execution.

- Coordinated with clients, financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction management and compliance support for real estate developers.

- Assisted in deal origination activities through market research, lead generation, and preliminary opportunity assessment.

- Participated in client meetings, investor discussions, and site visits alongside senior team members, providing analytical and transaction support.

- Assisted in due diligence, data collection, market analysis, and preparation of transaction-related documentation.

- Maintained regular communication with stakeholders to facilitate the timely execution of mandates and business development initiatives.
