About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager US Accounting to lead end-to-end accounting operations supporting multiple US entities. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead an India-based accounting team while partnering closely with US leadership in a high-growth, acquisition-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead month-end and year-end close activities.

- Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations.

- Manage Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Accounting.

- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal control requirements.

- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and P&L variance analysis.

- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

- Drive process improvements, automation, and accounting standardization.

- Support integration of newly acquired businesses into the accounting environment.

- Partner closely with US stakeholders and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:

- US CPA Certification (Mandatory).

- 10-15 years of relevant experience.

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

- Hands-on NetSuite experience (mandatory).

- Experience in Financial Reporting, Controllership, Month-end Close, General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting, and Variance Analysis.

- Experience managing accounting teams.

- Experience working with US CPA firms, outsourced accounting firms, or supporting external US clients is highly preferred.

Preferred:

- Experience in Shared Services, GCC, or outsourced accounting environments.

- Experience supporting multi-entity or acquisition-driven businesses.

- Exposure to BlackLine, FloQast, Ramp, ServiceTitan, or similar finance tools.

- Strong process improvement and automation mindset.
