- Support Annual Operating planning exercise. - Prepare monthly performance analysis &amp; business dashboard with detailed variance analysis vs forecast/plan - Review and highlight risk /opportunities with appropriate analysis for new initiatives. - Create business scenarios &amp; impact for various business options and suggest most suitable - Investor Reporting and Business Modelling - Investor Calls for key business updates - Assist management in all fund raising (equity+debt) initiatives - Coordinate with Business and Finance for Month end Closure - Cash Flow Planning for the company - Create business scenarios &amp; impact for various business options and suggest most suitable - Support in Cost Management Skills Required: - Strong communication and project management skills - Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation- Proficiency in MS-Office is must. - Experience in Financial planning would be an advantage - Dynamic and Aggressive Education and Experience Required: - CA/Master's in Business Administration- Preferably IIMs/ISB - 3 to 5 years experience in planning, operations, finance or related functional area - Previous experience in retail &amp; e-commerce added advantage
