Role Summary:
The Culture & Talent Business Partner - Lead (C&T BP - Lead) role serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, ensuring C&T strategies are closely aligned with organizational objectives. This role is pivotal in driving talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives that enable business growth and success. Additionally, the C&T BP Lead, owns change management and collaborates with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver high-impact C&T initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
- Act as a primary HR advisor to senior business leaders, providing insights and solutions on workforce strategy, organizational design, and talent development.
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive performance and growth.
- Bringing thought-leadership, external perspective & best industry practices.
- Lead & solve complex strategic C&T challenges by identifying, designing & implementing solutions.
Talent Management:
- Lead succession planning, career development, and leadership capability building.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective hiring strategies for critical roles.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Drive engagement programs, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and change management efforts.
- Serve as a champion for organizational culture and employee experience.
Performance & Rewards:
- Support performance management processes and advise on compensation strategies in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits teams.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to business leaders for informed decision-making.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to local & statutory laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Manage employee relations issues with fairness and consistency.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Actively engage in various leadership forums to diagnose and solve talent and organization-related problems.
- Provide consultative support and guidance to managers on the implementation of core HR/Talent programs.
- Ability to coach and mentor employees and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner role supporting technology or customer-facing functions.
- Experience in fast-paced, global or technology-driven organizations.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics.
- Ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to adapt and manage complex organizational change in a fast-paced environment.
