Requirements: - 6+ years of Experience of Business Development in companies which deal in real estate or retail - Prior experience of Leading a city in for a company which deals in the real estate or retail. - Stronghold of PnL Management and forecast - Should have worked on account management objectives in the some of the previous role - Cross functional work experience is must - Should have good understanding of sales & account management from a client-side dynamics - Understanding of business, agreements and legal compliance of real estate is must - Should we very open to hustle innovative solutions and have a keen eye for end results - Proficiency in excel and presentations Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for Supply of 1P facilities for fitso in the respective cities - Project management of launches of all the new launches of facilities with Real estate, Legal, Compliance, Project, HR and other relevant teams - Own the PnL of all the newly launched facilities till the time it starts delivering the projected revenue - Own the city level PnL of the 1P facilities - Responsible for Managing the relationship with the facility owner of all 1P facilities - Constant review of all the non-performing and future course of action of the same - Solve facility related structural issues along with facility owners to deliver better experience to the customers
