Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Growth: Expand revenue via online (primary focus) and offline channels, using data-driven tactics and market opportunities.

Team Leadership and Execution: Build and mentor teams for high-performance execution, fostering accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Operational Excellence: Optimize supply chain, inventory, and metrics to resolve bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

Professional Background: Scaled revenue for consumer brands ; experience in 0-to-1 building; ex-founders is an advantage

Experience Level: 8+ years in leadership, 3-5 in PnL/revenue roles.

Technical Skills: Proficient in e-commerce, digital marketing, analytics, product processes, and supply chain.

Personal Qualities:
