We are looking for a Demand Head to oversee the development and utility of our company's income-generating sites. The demand head will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advice on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics. In so doing, you should lead teams of staff, ensuring that you are available to furnish pertinent individuals with practical guidance, as required. Responsibilities - Responsible for the growth/ demand charter for the categories end to end across all channels. - Exploring, experimenting and implementing new growth levers and ensuring both growth and Profitability metrics are met. - Develops processes to ensure that aging, lower-priority demands are not perpetually deferred; - Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all Demand-related tasks; - Oversee a team of marketplaces & operations for a certain category; - Owns Demand-related metrics as part of the overall quality assurance plan; - Relationship management across all channel partners (1P/3P), planning and owning ROAS for marketing budgets spends across channels . - Publishing dashboards to provide transparency into demand backlog, trends, and current pipeline; - Facilitates and actively participates in Demand prioritization meetings with appropriate stakeholder groups; - Reports to and consults with upper management and executives, as needed, to help drive strategic organizational and platform growth; - Constructs relevant assessment criteria and formulae to support objective demand prioritization; - Recommends processes to receive, assess, and approve submitted demand records.
