Job Summary:
As the offline Sales Lead for our multi-city gym chain, you will play a crucial role in driving membership sales and achieving consistent revenue targets across 500+ locations. You will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency of our sales team and
implementing innovative strategies that foster growth and engagement. Your role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring sales initiatives to ensure our gyms maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Planning and Achievement:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve center-specific revenue goals, aligning them with overall company objectives.
- Lead initiatives that support revenue growth and optimize customer experience across locations.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Guide, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best and achieve targets consistently.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and maintain high efficiency.
Performance Monitoring and Action:
- Regularly monitor key revenue and performance metrics, taking proactive steps to address challenges and seize opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to derive actionable insights and improve strategies.
Market Analysis and Insight Generation:
- Conduct regular market visits to gather insights about customer preferences and competitive dynamics at micro-market and center levels.
- Provide feedback based on market insights to refine sales tactics and strategies.
Innovation and Growth Initiatives:
- Ideate, plan, and execute creative strategies to drive same-store sales growth and capture new market opportunities.
- Develop new initiatives to expand the customer base and improve sales conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies.
- Align center initiatives with organizational goals and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree/Masters Degree from Tier I college.
- Proven experience (5-7 year) in sales leadership roles within the fitness, retail, or service industries.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to innovate and implement multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
