As a Program Manager you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple related projects (a program) to achieve organizational goals, acting as a leader who coordinates activities, manages resources, and ensures alignment with strategic objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify improvement areas and plan for course correction.
- Identify and execute new channels of growth: For ex - improve ToF, VM campaigns, CRM campaigns, and offline campaigns.
- Keep track of hiring and churn across verticals.
- Plan new pilots/initiatives, testing, and scaling.
- Daily / weekly/monthly delivery.
- Center visits to get insights on funnel or customer experience.
- Initiative to build a better product.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Analytics skills - should be proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
- 2-4 years of work experience as a program manager, generalist profile.
- Should have good business acumen.
- Should be able to understand data and make decisions accordingly.
- Up for center/field visits and get insights.
