Key Responsibilities
1. LinkedIn & Campaign Management
- Drive follower growth and engagement on Cubastions LinkedIn (organic & paid).
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital/social media campaigns.
2. Brand & Content Execution
- Manage daily marketing and brand content across digital, social, and internal channels.
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with PR, events, and social activities.
- Coordinate development of thought leadership, case studies, presentations, and award entries.
3. Sales Enablement
- Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with impactful decks, proposals, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with SMEs to create case studies, client success stories, and media articles.
4. Web & Digital Management
- Manage corporate website content, updates, and creative direction.
- Liaise with web agencies for execution and optimization.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support global and regional marketing events.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT/Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
