Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Gurgaon (with travel readiness outside home residence as required)

Experience Required: 4+ years

Key Roles & Responsibilities

LinkedIn & Campaign Management

- Drive follower growth, engagement, and brand visibility on Cubastions LinkedIn (organic & paid).

- Plan, execute, and monitor targeted social media campaigns.

Brand & Content Execution

- Create, curate, and execute daily marketing and brand content across digital, social, and internal channels.

- Maintain a content calendar aligned with PR, corporate events, and social media activities.

- Coordinate the development of thought leadership pieces, case studies, presentations, and award entries.

Sales Enablement

- Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with impactful presentations, decks, and value propositions.

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to build compelling case studies, whitepapers, and media articles.

Web & Digital Presence

- Manage and update corporate website content, design, and creative direction.

- Liaise with web development agencies to ensure branding consistency and performance optimization.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with business units and global teams to support regional and international marketing initiatives.

- Assist in the execution of industry events, webinars, and marketing campaigns across geographies.

Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, or brand management.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and campaign management tools.

- Excellent content creation and storytelling skills with proven ability to design impactful marketing collaterals.

- Hands-on experience with website management, analytics, and SEO will be an added advantage.

- Strong collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across sales, delivery, and leadership teams.

- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth consulting environment.
