Role Description:

- The Director of Product Design will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary design team to create intuitive, engaging user experiences for Ctruh's cutting-edge XR commerce platform.

- This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves driving the design vision and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

- The role also includes overseeing design strategy, conducting user research, and ensuring seamless visual and interaction designs align with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Design Thinking and Design Strategy for innovative problem-solving and creating user-centric products.

- Strong expertise in Visual Design and User Research to create compelling, data-informed design experiences.

- Experience in Product Management, with an ability to align design outcomes with product and business strategies.

- Leadership and organizational skills to guide and develop a high-performing design team.

- Familiarity with immersive technologies, XR, or AI-powered tools is a plus.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is desirable.
