This is at an idea stage with plans to launch soon. We are looking for a dynamic and qualified CTO/Co-Founder to architect and oversee the building of the entire technology platform that includes document management, payments, financial products 3rd party financial data-sources and data-driven learning algorithms. The potential for this product is global, hence someone with global aspirations and experience will be a good fit. Candidates must have a technology or product background and should have experience in forming an A-team to build and scale out the product and vision. You Should Possess: - B.E/B.Tech/ MS in Computer Science from a top tier institute - 3-5 years of technology leadership experience; Ideally experienced in working with startups through product development through the scale-up phase - Teambuilder: Leads by example, inspires team, respected for technical capability, has a community around him/her; - FinTech background will be highly preferred - In-depth understanding of technology and the tech stack: AWS, Azure, Python, Node, Angular, etc. - Experience solving business issues with technology is a must-have requirement - Familiar with more than one software development methodology - Ability to discern user requirements and develop specifications - Has Experience with Product Development and building the architecture - Hands-on visionary: Architectural lead, still capable and willing to build/code; - Mature and self-driven individual The Offer: - Be part of a category creator - Opportunity to be part of and drive a growth journey - Direct impact on business - Equity Stake
