About The Position:
We are seeking an experienced Consultant CSR & Compliance to be deployed at the office of one of our key corporate clients in Gurugram. The role requires hands-on experience in CSR project management, compliance (as per Companies Act 2013), stakeholder coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate should bring strong corporate exposure, excellent analytical and documentation skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
CSR Strategy & Planning:
- Support the client in CSR strategy formulation aligned with Schedule VII focus areas.
- Assist in identifying potential partners, NGOs, and implementation models.
- Conduct due diligence on implementing agencies.
CSR Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure full compliance with Section 135 of the Companies Act and related CSR rules.
- Track CSR budgets, commitments, and fund disbursements.
- Support preparation and review of Board Reports, CSR Committee updates, and statutory documentation.
- Maintain all CSR compliance records and audit trails.
Program Management:
- Coordinate with implementing partners for project execution and monitoring.
- Track deliverables, milestones, and performance indicators.
- Conduct field visits, assessments, and verification of project activities.
- Provide regular progress updates to the client leadership.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Draft quarterly and annual CSR reports, case studies, and dashboard updates.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and impact summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support ESGand sustainability-related reporting as required.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with NGOs, government bodies, vendors, and internal business units.
- Organize CSR events, reviews, site visits, and partner interactions.
Mandatory Qualification And Experience:
Masters in Social Work (MSW), MBA (Sustainability/CSR/Development), or related fields.
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of corporate CSR experience (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of CSR laws, rules, governance, and impact measurement.
- Experience working with corporate teams, CSR committees, and implementing partners.
