CSM Technologies is qualified candidates having relevant experience in IT Presales can apply.
- The candidate should be smart and have excellent communication skills.
- S/He needs to work on RFPs, tender documents, concept notes, presentation and system study.
- The selected candidates also need to do technical writing, proposal aggregation, bid management & content editing.
Experience : 3 to 5 years.
Qualification : BE / B.Tech / MBA.
Job Profile:
- Work with the Business Development team to develop winning bid strategies and built opportunity from scratch.
- Conceptualizing solution and representation through power point.
- Ownership of the overall delivery of proposals ensuring on time, quality and 100% compliance.
- Define and ensure implementation of achievable bid plans including schedule, resource and budget requirements.
- Ensure adherence to companys processes and procedures.
- Interface with internal teams, SME and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids including price negotiation.
- Client representation and product/solution demonstration.
- Analyzing the competitiveness of bid pricing and providing benchmarking data.
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Guide team to improve upon their skill and ensure quality and ontime deliverables.
- Conduct internal sessions on best practices.
- Provide support to cross [HR, Finance, Marketing, BSS] functional teams when needed.
- Ensure 100% repository update and MIS compliance of entire team.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as an IT Presales profile or in a similar role.
- Should have experience in handling International clients(US/Middle-East Africa).
- Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to customers at various levels, including C-level executives.
- In-depth knowledge of Proposal writing, Tender Participation, Bid Management, RFP, RFI.
- Proficiency in using presentation tools and software.
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams effectively.
- Strong business acumen to connect technical solutions with customer value and ROI.
