CSM Technologies is hiring qualified candidates who can lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management processes.

S/He should have strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, controls, and audits.

Experience: 15 to 20 years.

Qualification: CA.

Job Profile:

- Own end-to-end financial control, accounting, and reporting for the company.

- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close with accuracy.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management processes.

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements.

- Ensure statutory, regulatory, and cross-border financial compliance with global and local standards.

- Drive compliance and assurance for ESG and non-financial reporting frameworks.

- Look into SEBI, NSE/BSE, and capital market related financial compliance, including policies, disclosures, and governance requirements.

- Manage audits - statutory, internal, tax, and special audits; act as primary audit liaison.

- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance frameworks.

- Oversee revenue recognition, project costing, billing, and margin analysis for IT projects.

- Present MIS, dashboards, and variance analysis to management.

- Support leadership in strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.

- Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team, ensuring process efficiency and capability building.

Candidate Profile:

- Out of 15 - 20 Yrs experience, minimum 4-6 yrs work experience in a Finance Controller role.

- Prior experience in IT / IT Services / Technology-driven organizations will be added advantage.

- Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, controls, and audits.

- In-depth knowledge of GST, Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing basics, and statutory compliance.

- Comfortable working with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial tools.

- High integrity, ownership mindset, and ability to work closely with CXOs and leadership teams.
