CSB Bank - Internal Auditor - Retail Assets Portfolio

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor for audit of the retail assets portfolio. This individual contributor will be responsible for performing comprehensive audits, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements for the banks credit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct audits for retail asset products across the lending lifecycle.

- Evaluate credit due diligence, documentation, post-sanction monitoring, and scorecards.

- Provide oversight on housing loans, auto loans, education loans, personal loans, unsecured business loans, agricultural loans, commercial vehicles, construction equipment, healthcare finance, and LAP.

- Perform process audits on collections, settlements, NPA classification, loan provisioning, early warning systems, and delinquent loans.

- Identify gaps in credit evaluation and monitoring processes, and recommend corrective actions.

- Independently analyse financial data and spot inconsistencies.

- Ensure timely submission of regulatory data.

- Highlight control lapses, revenue leakages, and suggest improvements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to finalise findings.

- Prepare audit reports with supervisors.

- Track pending audit issues and ensure closure.

- Oversee concurrent audits and maintain updated documentation.

Qualification and Experience:

- CA / MBA / Postgraduate Finance or related field with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail assets audits in banks.
