We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and work closely with product, development, and QA teams to deliver effective solutions.
This role also involves process evaluation, risk monitoring, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with product, development, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments for new initiatives or enhancements.
- Support data-driven decision-making by generating business reports and dashboards.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely communication between stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
