Job Description:
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Recruitment Specialist to manage and scale end-to-end talent acquisition across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted hiring partner to business leaders, own the full recruitment lifecycle, and deliver high-quality talent at speed in a competitive hiring environment.
This role requires strong expertise in IT hiring, deep sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to build sustainable talent pipelines while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Stakeholder Partnership:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Translate business needs into effective hiring strategies and realistic timelines.
- Act as a recruitment advisor, providing market insights, talent availability, and hiring recommendations.
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles, from requirement intake to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Drive hiring for IT and digital roles including developers, designers, product managers, QA, DevOps, and other technology positions.
- Ensure consistent delivery against hiring SLAs while maintaining high quality standards.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management:
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, internal databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage platforms such as Naukri and other multi-channel sourcing tools to identify top talent at scale.
Screening, Evaluation & Interview Coordination:
- Screen resumes and profiles against defined technical and behavioral criteria.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and pre-screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple formats including virtual, telephonic, and in-person interviews.
- Ensure a seamless interview process and a positive candidate experience at every stage.
Offer Management & Candidate Engagement:
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and closing strategies in alignment with company policies and market benchmarks.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates through the hiring journey to ensure high acceptance and joining ratios.
Data, Reporting & Process Excellence:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS and internal recruitment systems.
- Track recruitment metrics including sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate engagement practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong exposure to IT and technology hiring.
- Proven ability to hire high-quality technical talent at speed and scale.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technology stacks such as React, Node.js, Angular, iOS, Android, Laravel, and related ecosystems.
- Expertise in sourcing through Naukri and other job portals, along with multi-channel and proactive sourcing techniques.
- Experience using HRMS and ATS platforms such as Keka, Zoho Recruit, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong screening, evaluation, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in fresher hiring models including telephonic screening, group interviews, and campus-style assessments.
