Experience in hospitality and listing is a must. Engineering and real estate experience would be a plus. - Qualified CA with experience in managing finance function independently - Head finance function across the group businesses. Will have reporting of all the financial heads of the carious companies - Fund Raising to meet business requirements - Budgeting, forecasting and fund management - Managing Audit and closure of F&A - Ensuring best practices, SOPs and Internal Audit of the companies - Prepare plans for listing and monetisation of group businesses in discussion with management - Manage Taxation and filing of IT returns along with the consultants - Ensure compliance in all financial transactions between group companies - Financial Controls to increase profitability of businesses - Capex controls to ensure optimum utilisation of funds - MIS and Periodic Reporting to management on key financial parameters - Adept with excel and understanding of business finance - Should have handled finance function independently - Must have been involved in listing or have a good understanding of listing processes - Maturity to manage stakeholders communication - Strong on ethics and value systems - Should be a team player with ability to manage teams
