Crossword Bookstores is looking for an experienced Senior Projects Manager with a retail background to join our team in Pune.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

- Leading end-to-end project execution - from planning & design to fit-outs, maintenance, and new store rollouts

- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards

- Building strong processes and leading a capable team to drive operational excellence and business growth

What we're looking for:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field

- 10-15 years of experience in project execution (preferably retail projects)

- Strong hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional coordination
