About Us:
We are a fast-growing D2C consumer electronics brand in India, selling our products both through our own website and leading marketplaces like Flipkart. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence on Flipkart Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Flipkart Account Management:
- Manage end-to-end operations of our seller account on Flipkart.
- Optimize product listings (SEO, images, descriptions, pricing) to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Monitor competitor pricing and strategize promotions/discounts.
2. Sales Growth & Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve rankings, and enhance brand presence.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns (Big Billion Days, festivals, etc.).
- Work with Flipkart's account managers for better visibility (e.g., Flipkart Ads, Sponsored Products).
3.Inventory & Order Management:
- Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfilment.
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints efficiently.
4.Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Track KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, order defect rate, etc.) and take corrective actions.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
5.Profitability & P&L Management:
- Optimize pricing, shipping costs, and marketplace fees to maintain profitability.
- Negotiate better terms with Flipkart (commission rates, shipping subsidies).
6.Customer Experience & Reviews:
- Improve product ratings and reviews by addressing customer grievances proactively.
- Ensure high seller ratings by maintaining low cancellation rates and timely dispatch.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing Flipkart seller accounts (preferably in consumer electronics).
- Strong understanding of Flipkart Seller Hub, algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Expertise in marketplace SEO, PPC ads, and promotional strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
