Job description:

- The incumbent will play a key role in all aspects of customer engagement cycle and Growing the Modern Trade / Large Format Retail vertical across Crompton Greaves catering to all the lines of Products / businesses

- The incumbent will represent entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers needs and expectations are met by the company.

- The incumbent will work and be responsible for the management of sales, and relationships with Large Format Stores like Reliance, Croma, Vijay Sales, etc.


- Preferably from white and brown goods.

- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in LFR accounts.

- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and facilitate strong Sell-in & Sell-out initiatives at the Stores.

- Support the teams down the line, wherever required, in periodic interactions with the LFR customers for enhanced relationships.

- Analyse the market potential and work towards generating the opportunities for Modern Retail selling.

- Deployment of Trade Marketing initiatives at the Modern Retail Outlets. Facilitating the Sellout through product demonstrators and Promoters as well as cross selling and rollout of Product Launches

- Experience in handling regional retailers like Kohinoor, Snehanjali, Digi1 preferred
