Job Description
- Drive execution of cross-functional programs aligned with business priorities, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met
- Coordinate and collaborate with functional teams (Store Ops, Finance, Supply Chain, Buying, Customer Service, etc.) to drive accountability and solve roadblocks proactively
- Maintain detailed program trackers, status reports, and documentation to ensure visibility, alignment, and timely escalation of issues
- Identify bottlenecks early, highlight risks, and escalate challenges in a structured manner for timely resolution
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with stakeholders and adherence to project timelines. Chase outcomes, not just tasks
- Help drive adoption of new processes and initiatives across teams by building alignment and communicating value
- Prepare and present structured and timely updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to leadership
- Own governance mechanisms like weekly/monthly reviews, and leadership reviews
- Set meeting agenda, drive discussion, and ensure decisions are captured and tracked
- Work closely with analytics teams (or independently where possible) to monitor KPIs and ensure programs are being tracked toward defined outcomes
- Monitor and assess the performance of solutions post-implementation to ensure sustainability and alignment with business goals
- Develop and implement training programs along with training team to support functions in adopting new processes and technologies
- Ensure the smooth adoption of process changes across all functions through effective change management strategies, including timely & proactive communication and stakeholder buy-in
