Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Core Finance Manager based in Mumbai.

- The Core Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, creating and analyzing financial reports, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Day-to-day tasks include financial planning, risk management, financial strategy development, and overseeing financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Financial Operations and Budgeting

- Experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis

- Skills in Financial Planning, Risk Management, and Strategy Development

- Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance and Financial Policy Implementation

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Experience in the clinical research or healthcare industry is a plus
