Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on business leader to drive multi-vertical growth across Banking, NBFC, and Insurance sectors. The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for defining and executing the companys revenue strategy across sales, partnerships, and enterprise accounts.
The ideal candidate combines deep BFSI networks, SaaS-based solutioning experience, and data-driven leadership to scale business outcomes sustainably and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end revenue strategy, including GTM design, vertical expansion, and execution.
- Define and optimize pricing frameworks, partnership models, and performance KPIs.
- Build, mentor, and scale sales, partnerships, and account management teams aligned to delivery and client success.
- Collaborate across sales, analytics, delivery, and product teams to design integrated client solutions.
- Institutionalize playbooks, reporting, and pipeline management frameworks for predictable and scalable growth.
- Own forecasting, sales analytics, and pipeline governance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Drive C-suite level engagement within BFSI clients, building long-term enterprise relationships.
- Champion data-driven decision-making in all aspects of sales, GTM, and revenue performance.
Education & Professional Qualifications
- Mandatory: BE / B.Tech / BBA in Engineering, Business, or Economics.
- Preferred: Masters degree (MBA / PGDM) in Marketing, Strategy, or Analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM & Sales Automation Tools Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent.
- Understanding of SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, CLV, churn, upsell ratios).
Experience Requirements
- Total Experience: 18- 25 years.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 8+ years in P&L or revenue leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise BFSI accounts, including Banking, NBFC, and Insurance.
- Demonstrated success in scaling multi-vertical revenue models across Fintech, SaaS, or BFSI technology ecosystems.
- Experience in consulting-led business or digital transformation programs within financial services.
- Exposure to start-up or mid-scale environments, with proven ability to balance structure with agility.
