The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner with 4-5 years of experience to work closely with business leaders and stakeholders.
Objectives aligned to this role:
The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor to align business objectives with employees and management, driving organizational performance and employee engagement.
What would you do?:
Employee Engagement:
- Regular connect with employees across levels and engage them via SKIPs, 1 on 1s and floor walks to ensure presence and know pulse on floor
- Manage employee relations matters with sensitivity and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive work environment by implementing policies and practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Performance Management:
- Drive performance management exercise for respective business unit.
- Guide managers in performance review processes and employee development plans.
- Analyze and address performance gaps by providing actionable feedback and interventions.
- Facilitate regular feedback and career pathing for the teams.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Leverage HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the business unit.
- Provide reports on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover and engagement levels.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in managing employee engagement, employee connects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Retention management and data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in HR or related field from a reputed college/ university
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup or product environments.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
