Job Description:
We are looking for a driven Business Development professional to sell AI solutions to enterprise customers in the India market using a consultative selling approach.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand client business challenges, map them to technology solutions, and build long-term, trusted relationships.
- A strong hunger to grow, learn new technologies, and scale in an end-to-end sales role is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development by selling IT solutions and services to enterprise customers in the India market.
- Engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology landscape.
- Apply a consultative selling approach to position appropriate IT solutions (Cloud, Digital Transformation, Integration, Data, Platforms, etc.
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and alliances teams to create compelling value propositions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Represent the organization professionally in client meetings, events, and industry forums.
- Managed high-value enterprise accounts with typical deal sizes of 50L1Cr.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or IT services sales for enterprise customers in the India market.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer pain points and articulate value-driven solutions.
- Good understanding of IT solutions such as Cloud, Digital Transformation, Integration, Enterprise Platforms, or Infrastructure services.
- Ability and eagerness to learn new technologies and solution areas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset with strong motivation, hunger to grow, and career progression aspirations.
