Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and manage CRM platforms tailored to textile business operations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align CRM workflows with business goals and customer needs.
- Monitor and manage the customer lifecycle from lead generation to order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Analyze customer data and buying behavior to create personalized marketing and engagement campaigns.
- Generate and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Integrate CRM with ERP and textile-specific systems for seamless order, inventory, and supply chain visibility.
- Drive automation of sales, customer service, and marketing processes within the CRM.
- Provide training, support, and best practices to CRM users across departments.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security of customer information.
- Act as a liaison between IT, sales, and textile production teams to optimize CRM adoption and ROI.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-6 years of CRM experience, preferably within the textile, apparel, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Familiarity with textile sales cycles, distribution channels, and customer engagement models.
- Experience in ERP-CRM integrations (SAP, Oracle, Infor, or textile-specific ERPs).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and customer insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle customer escalations effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Certifications in CRM systems (Salesforce Admin, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, etc.
- Prior experience in B2B and B2C textile businesses, including domestic and export markets.
- Exposure to supply chain, inventory, and vendor management systems
