We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing critically ill patients, ensuring high-quality care in intensive care settings, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in ICU settings
- Monitor and manage patients with life-threatening conditions requiring intensive care
- Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, ventilator management, etc.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient condition
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including specialists, nurses, and support staff
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and hospital policies
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients families regarding condition and treatment plans
- Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous medical education
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBBS with DM / DrNB in Critical Care Medicine
- Strong expertise in Critical Care and ICU management
- Hands-on experience in handling ventilators and life-support systems
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in multispecialty hospitals or advanced ICU setups
- Exposure to latest critical care technologies and protocols
- Participation in research or academic activities
