Location: Karnataka Branches (Ramanagara, Nelamangala, Krishna Raja Nagara, Maddur)
Reporting To: Branch Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Relationship Manager - Secured Loan to join our team in Karnataka.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch-level sales productivity, managing a team of relationship managers, ensuring process compliance, and achieving business objectives related to secured loans including LAP and business loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch productivity and meet business targets for the assigned location(s).
- Ensure process adherence in sourcing, disbursement, and collection activities.
- Actively build and grow the customer base through effective relationship management.
- Recruit, manage, and train a team of Relationship Managers for the respective branches.
- Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the branch.
- Achieve both individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure timely servicing, disbursement, and overdue collections of secured loans.
- Monitor and improve the team's productivity, providing guidance and support as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) or Business Loans.
- Prior team handling experience is a must.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
