Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Devli. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing business strategies to improve sales.

- Duties include handling customer inquiries, processing loans, maintaining branch records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for staff training and development, as well as contributing to the achievement of branch financial targets.

Qualifications:

- Experience in managing daily branch operations and staff

- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of loan processing and financial services

- Ability to develop and implement business strategies

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and maintaining records

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

- MBA is a must

- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
