Job Description:
- We are looking for a Data specialist with a strong understanding of complex financial and operational data. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large data sets, identify discrepancies, and streamline information to maintain accuracy. The role also involves client coordination, and process support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate operational data.
- Perform data reconciliation, clean-up, and analysis to ensure data quality.
- Support client data and management, including verification and updates to standard settlement instructions (SSIs).
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Coordinate and communicate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Support project management activities, including planning, reporting, and tracking.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong data analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Understands SSIs and settlement processes.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to project management preferred.
- Experience in client account servicing and stakeholder coordination.
- Basic knowledge of VBA, Python and SQL for data analysis and reconciliation will be an added advantage

- Data Analysis, Data Management, Reconciliaitons, Project Management, Problem Solving, \ Operations Workflow, Standard Settlement Instructions

Education Qualification
- Post Graduate in Finance, or Bachelors in Finance, Commerce, Banking Finance, BMS etc
