Department - MI&A

Job Description

The candidate should be well-versed with the domestic mining & metal scenario and should have a detailed understanding of the following (demonstrated by past work experience):

Sector related

- Business Transformation experience related to Strategic Planning, Operations Improvement and Digital Transformation.

- Transaction Advisory Assistance in auctions of mineral blocks and/or selection of MDO

Due Diligence/Financial Modelling/Financial Appraisals/Pre-Feasibility Analysis of mining projects

- Benchmarking/Strategic Planning/Business Planning/Vision setting

- Policy and Regulatory Scenario in the mining sector (coal/major minerals/minor minerals) including end user industries especially power generation, cement and steel
