Job Description:
Domain: Urban sector including local economic development, land-use planning & regulation, mobility, water supply and sanitation, municipal finance, PPP, climate and disaster risk management.
Nature of work: Framing policies and regulations, institutional reform, service level benchmarking, socio-economic studies, market research, investment planning, feasibility studies, tariff setting, transaction advisory, program management.
Geographic coverage: Consulting assignments in India and other countries in Asian and Africa. Typical client profile: Development finance institutions (World Bank, ADB, GIZ, KfW, etc.), national & state government agencies, utilities as well as municipalities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver complete life cycle of consulting engagements with minimum supervision - identifying opportunities and submission of EOIs and RFPs to successful execution and closure of assignments.
- Work on research and analysis, understand client requirements, develop solutions and prepare high quality presentations and reports.
- Engaging with client, key stakeholders as well as associates for successful assignment delivery.
Travel requirements: Intermittent domestic as well as international travel
Location: Mumbai. Other locations can be considered on case to case basis.
