Job title: Senior Analyst  Location: Poland  Experience: 4 - 7 years in Credit Risk with investment banking domain (including knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle & excellent stakeholder management)  Job Duties :   - Assist in determining the project scope, functional design, and process flows on Expected Positive Exposure, Strategic Risk Program.  - The role will report to the work-stream leads. The role is to help   - Determine the functional delivery roadmap  - Assist with the resolution of analysis related risks and issues  - The role will also assist Credit Analytics team with the Impact Assessment including CVA and RWA calculations and comparison for model migration assignment  - Other responsibilities involve :  - Working closely with other work-stream stakeholders as well as the Architecture team to share knowledge and standardize the process  - Identifying and escalating design issues and risks  - Assist Trade Analytics in analysing EPE/PFE numbers by developing End-User-Computing tools.  - Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the Existing Automated processes  - Consult with Multiple teams across program to identify gaps and potential impacts and provide solutions in time critical environment.  Skills Required  - Good competency in business requirements gathering, solution design, planning, and implementation preferably in large scale global programs (preferably from an Investment Bank or consultancy background)  - Familiarity with IB products from Equities to OTC derivatives and Credit Risk in IB domain, Regulatory Capital Requirements, Middle Office trade operations, end-to-end trade lifecycle  - In-depth understanding of FINMA, BASEL III (i.e. CVA, RWA etc.) regulations and their compliance asks is must  - Strong skills in SQL, Excel & VBA Programming  - Conversant with JIRA, HP ALM, advanced Excel, XML.  - Understanding of Banking operations, Risk Calculation Engines will be good to have  - Good analytical and problem solving skills along with good verbal and written communication skills  - Ability to work with colleagues across global locations remotely  - The candidate should be process oriented, have attention to detail, and have good time management skills  Important Information : Please note that while we are evaluating you for this role, there might be other similar opportunity that might arise during the interview process or after the selection process and we would expect the candidates to be flexible to take up these opportunities.
