Preferred Experience:
- On-ground experience in banking, NBFC, digital lending, or fintech space.
- Understand the banking and NBFC space, including sector dynamics, fundamentals, and past evolution.
- Familiarity with the fintech ecosystem and operational aspects of the fintech industry.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, assessment, and analysis, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Provide regular, value-added inputs to clients on new areas in the BFSI space.
- Drive new products in the BFSI domain with an entrepreneurial bent of mind.
- Report Writing and Excel Modelling: Strong skills in report writing and Excel modelling.
