ROLE SUMMARY:

The role is responsible for driving investor relations, fundraising initiatives, and building strong relationships with family offices, particularly in the Hyderabad market. The incumbent will play a key role in expanding the investor network, managing stakeholder communication, and supporting capital-raising strategies for the organization.

KEY RESULT AREAS & TASK:

- Develop and execute investor relations and fundraising strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.

- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with Hyderabad-based family offices, HNIs, and institutional investors.

- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective investors, ensuring consistent engagement and conversion.

- Lead end-to-end fundraising initiatives, including investor outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closure.

- Ensure effective communication with existing investors through regular updates, reports, and engagement forums.

- Represent the organization in networking forums, investor meets, and industry events to enhance visibility and credibility.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):

- Identify, map, and actively engage with family offices, HNIs, and investor networks in Hyderabad and surrounding regions.

- Leverage personal and professional networks to generate high-quality investor leads and opportunities.

- Prepare and deliver compelling investor presentations, pitch decks, and investment narratives.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Strategy, Leadership) to align fundraising requirements and investor communication.

- Organize and participate in investor meetings, networking forums, and industry events to enhance outreach.

- Maintain an updated database of investors, tracking engagement status, interest levels, and follow-ups.

- Support due diligence processes by coordinating information flow and addressing investor queries.

- Lead negotiations and assist in structuring deals in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Ensure timely and transparent communication with existing investors, including periodic updates and reports.

- Stay updated on market trends, investment patterns, and competitive landscape within the education and allied sectors.

CANDIDATE PROFILE SPECIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 8+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Private Equity, Wealth Management, or related domains

SKILLSET:

- Strong network within Hyderabad-based family offices, HNIs, and investor community

- Proven track record of successful fundraising and investor engagement

- Fluency in Telugu and English (mandatory)

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE:

- Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and investment structures

- Strong regional network and ability to engage with high-level stakeholders.

OTHER CONDITIONS: Willingness to travel extensively and should be able to join within 60 days from date of offer
