About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and impact-driven Senior Product Marketing Leader to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product positioning, and revenue growth across global markets. This role blends product marketing, demand generation, and growth strategy, with a strong focus on translating product capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive pipeline and revenue.
You will work closely with product, sales, leadership, and marketing teams to build scalable GTM strategies, strengthen product positioning, and accelerate adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning & Messaging:
Define and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks aligned with target personas and global markets.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:
Own end-to-end GTM strategy for product launches, feature releases, and market expansion initiatives.
- Revenue Ownership & Growth Strategy:
Drive product-led growth and marketing-driven revenue targets aligned with business goals.
- Lead Generation & Demand Creation:
Own and drive lead generation strategy across channels, partnering with performance marketing teams to build a strong, scalable pipeline.
- Demand Generation Alignment:
Translate product messaging into high-impact campaigns across TOFU-MOFU-BOFU to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Sales Enablement & Collateral:
Oversee creation of high-impact sales collateral-pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, whitepapers, and product narratives-to accelerate deal closure.
- Event Marketing & Industry Presence:
Plan and lead event marketing initiatives (webinars, virtual events, conferences, trade shows) to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and support pipeline growth.
- Customer & Market Insights:
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to inform positioning and GTM strategy.
- Product Adoption & Lifecycle Marketing:
Drive adoption, engagement, and retention through lifecycle campaigns, onboarding strategies, and product education.
- Website & Conversion Optimization:
Own product pages and website experience to ensure strong storytelling, UX, and high conversion rates.
- Cross-functional Leadership:
Act as the bridge between product, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment on messaging and GTM priorities.
- Content & Thought Leadership:
Lead creation of product-led content (blogs, reports, webinars) to build authority and drive inbound demand.
- Marketing Analytics & Insights:
Measure GTM effectiveness, campaign performance, and funnel metrics to drive data-backed decisions.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing / B2B SaaS marketing
- Strong expertise in GTM strategy, lead generation, and demand generation
- Proven experience in developing sales collateral and enablement assets
- Hands-on exposure to event marketing and field marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics (MQL - SQL - revenue)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, sales, leadership)
- Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM tools)
- Excellent storytelling, positioning, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
