Job Description:

The role primarily involves in heading the end-to-end model life cycle of CRIF models (both ML and traditional for India).

- Development of CRIF models on both Consumer and Commercial space using Bureau data.

- These models would range from Underwriting, Behavioural & collections scorecards.

- Use Industry and quant expertise to create the model design/framework, sampling, time range of development, transformations, segmentation, selection process, methodology and outcomes.

- Effective communication with all related stakeholders.

- Detailed documentation of all technical aspects of the development & final outcomes.

- Ability to understand data.

- Can either code/have coded before or understand model/data codes thoroughly.

- Periodic maintenance and monitoring of the models/scorecards. Use domain and quant expertise to lay out the structure, periodicity, relevant metrics of evaluation, appropriate guardrails and the valid inferences for a robust governance process.

- Take active part in the Central Bank audits and discuss/walkthrough models under audit, provide responses pertaining to construct, outcomes, usage etc.

- Co-ordination with internal stakeholders: Product, Sales, Pre-sales, Production etc.

- Team and Project management for efficient alignment of resources, traction on progress of projects/work streams, feedback process etc.

Candidate Profile: Masters in Statistics/Economics

Experience: Min 10 years
