Roles & Responsibilities:

- Experience of business development within BFSI (Lending) or Fintech would be preferred.

- Candidates working for Banks or NBFCs in Partnership or BD roles can be considered for lateral hire.

- Past assignments around Strategy design, Gap analysis (Process optimization) or digital transformation is preferred, not mandatory.

- Role involves moderate travel of 4 - 5 days in a month.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 2 - 6 years of relevant experience (BFSI Digital transformation / Consulting / PE / VC).

- BE / B.Tech is preferred, not mandatory.

Location: Mumbai.
