Roles & Responsibilities for Senior Manager/AVP - Product Management Solutions:

Job Description:

- At least 7 years of experience in managing financial / lending solutions (preferably in credit origination/credit/risk) or equivalent experience, including expertise in solution design/development or as a product manager/consultant.

- Hands on experience to formulate product evolution and feature planning, generating wireframes for solution design and requirement drafting for development teams.

- Maintain cadence in the management of Business requirements for Loan Originations with focus on Retail/Consumer Lending

- Excellent communication and business translation skills and the ability to orchestrate/coordinate various internal stakeholders, particularly IT structures involved in the process and business capability managers.

- Functional/applied understanding of emerging technologies like AI/GenAI within the Credit originations/Risk solutions domain would be an advantage.

- Strong customer advocacy and presentation skills.

- Experience in Product Management, Consulting, FinTech will be Desirable.

- Focus on competition analysis, managing clients and market relationships, and refining solutions/assets through feedback, composable capabilities and pricing strategies.

- You will bring a heightened sense of ownership, and product building expertise to a fast-paced environment, and you will be partnering with technology teams and stakeholders across CRIF to drive business outcomes

Candidate Profile:

The following are the KRAs for this position:

- Conceptualize impactful features and product offerings by collaborating with internal teams like Engineering, Design, Technology and Business Analyst.

- Manage the product life cycle, including requirements, target user research, prototyping, user stories and journey, etc.

- Collaborate with the development and design teams to define product features, functionality, and user experience. Create detailed product specifications and user stories.

- Participate in GTM Planning and Implementation of Go-Live strategies, define goals and metrics for the success of product/ feature/ process

- Effectively communicate product plans, benefits, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels

- Engage in market research to identify user needs and market gaps, translating insights into actionable product features.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge.

Desired Skill Sets for the role:

- Experience in product life cycle management.

- A user-centric mindset with experience in UX/UI principles

- Previous experience in consumer fintech products is preferred.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.

- Proficient in gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories/BRDs.

- Tracking of user behaviour and product metrics.
