
We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Manager to join our Growth team and support our Domestic business practice. This role is ideal for someone passionate about relationship building and client acquisition, with exposure to tax and professional services, and eager to work with MNCs, Startups, Unicorns, and large Conglomerates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with startups, corporates, and business houses to sell Direct and Indirect Tax offerings
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the domestic market
- Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to understand requirements and propose solutions
- Develop, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and close business deals
- Represent the organization at CFO forums, startup events, and industry meetups
- Engage with Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) firms to support their portfolio companies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Market Expansion
- Proven experience in client acquisition for tax-related or professional services
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong English proficiency
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders (CXOs, Founders, CFOs)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
